Elias Youssef is the founder and CEO of Frost & Flow, a Denver-based holding company that acquires and operates home services businesses. Frost & Flow owns Warm Welcome Heating, Cooling & Plumbing and Hot Water Now!, both serving the Denver metro.

He began acquiring in 2021 with Temporary Living Solutions, a Phoenix rental portfolio housing families displaced by fire and flood damage, which he sold in 2023. In 2024 he acquired Moonlight Manor Assisted Living through Renaissance Communities, managing the leadership transition, staffing restructure and state licensing before divesting in September 2025. He took over operations of Hot Water Now! in February 2025, launched the Warm Welcome brand that June to carry heating and cooling, and acquired both Denver brands in June 2026 with $1.3 million in SBA 7(a) financing.

On Virginia’s Eastern Shore he is working with an operator who first reached him through his content. He films the acquisition process publicly and partners with operators pursuing a first deal of their own.
