Short version: I collect as little as possible, I don’t sell anything to anyone, and there are no advertising trackers on this site. Last updated August 2026.
Your name, email address, the reason you selected, and your message are emailed to me. That’s the entire purpose of the form. I use that information to reply to you and, if we end up working together, to keep in touch. I don’t add you to any mailing list from the contact form, and I don’t pass your details to anyone else.
Delivery is handled by Resend, an email service, which processes the message in order to send it. Ask me to delete your submission at any time and I will.
Your email address is stored so I can send you the newsletter. Every issue has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you for good. I don’t share or sell the list.
I use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read, and roughly where they came from. It is cookie-free and does not build a profile of you, follow you to other websites, or record your IP address in a way that identifies you. I look at it in aggregate, to know whether the writing is reaching anyone.
I also record when someone submits the contact form or subscribes, as a count. No names, no message contents, no email addresses are attached to those counts.
No advertising pixels. No Facebook or Google remarketing tags. No selling or renting of any information collected here. No session recording or heatmap software watching what you click.
The site runs on Vercel, which like any web host keeps short-lived server logs that may include IP addresses for security and reliability purposes.
To see what I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email elias@eliasyoussef.com. No formal process, just ask.
