Built a rental portfolio housing families displaced by fire and flood damage, with properties across the Phoenix metro kept full through referral agreements with insurance carriers. Sold the portfolio in 2023.
Renaissance Communities
Acquired a luxury assisted living facility as majority owner. Replaced the leadership team, restructured staffing, and carried the state licensing and compliance work. Sold in September 2025.
Acquired a Denver heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical company in June 2026 with $1.3 million in SBA 7(a) financing.
