I’m Elias, founder and CEO of Frost & Flow. My work has taken me through residential real estate, senior housing, and home services. I’ve made the calls, run the operations, and lived with the decisions.

Selected transactions
Built a rental portfolio housing families displaced by fire and flood damage, with properties across the Phoenix metro kept full through referral agreements with insurance carriers. Sold the portfolio in 2023.
Acquired Moonlight Manor Assisted Living through Renaissance Communities as majority owner. Replaced the leadership team, restructured staffing, and carried the state licensing and compliance work. Sold in September 2025.
Acquired Hot Water Now! and Warm Welcome Heating, Cooling & Plumbing outright in June 2026 with $1.3 million in SBA 7(a) financing, sixteen months after taking over operations.
