It all started with real estate when I bought my first investment property at 20 years old. My focus was on providing temporary housing for displaced homeowners by offering fully furnished rentals. This taught me a big lesson: I enjoy working on my own projects more than working for others. So, I left my day job to pursue my dreams.

I eventually shifted my focus from residential to commercial real estate, forming Renaissance Communities. Under this banner, I acquired Moonlight Manor, a luxury senior living community in Surprise, Arizona. Moonlight Manor has been providing high-end assisted living and memory care services since 2009.

Upon exiting the healthcare industry, I founded Frost & Flow, targeting the home services industry—particularly HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. In early 2025, Frost & Flow successfully acquired Hot Water Now, a Denver-based plumbing company, which serves as the platform for my roll-up strategy in the home services industry.

Only 71 days after closing on Hot Water Now, I acquired Aaark Heating & Air Conditioning, an HVAC business we bolted onto our plumbing company. This acquisition gave us the critical mass necessary to launch us towards our goal of building a $50 million home service company.
