A Bit About Me
I am a driven entrepreneur who began my career with an extensive background in sales. After a successful sales career, I invested in insurance-based relocation housing, which allowed me to retire from corporate life and focus on my own projects. After growing my real estate portfolio and seeking to transition from residential to commercial real estate, I formed Renaissance Communities and acquired Moonlight Manor, a premier senior living facility in Surprise, Arizona.
During this process, I discovered that my passion was not real estate investing, but instead, business acquisitions.
Searching for the right investment vehicle to jump into this newfound obsession, I recognized a significant opportunity in the home services industry and founded Frost & Flow, aiming to build a family of HVAC and plumbing companies.
My expertise in acquisitions and operations is now focused on scaling these essential service industries through strategic partnerships and growth initiatives. My entrepreneurial spirit and strategic vision drive Frost & Flow’s mission to become a leading player in the HVAC and plumbing sectors.
Timeline
Getting a sales job and dropping out of college changed my life forever. Here's what my ride has looked like so far:
2018
Got my first sales job selling furniture; ended up making more than my professors, so I quit school.
2020
Advanced to wholesaling appliances to home builders and property managers, grossing over $3,000,000 annually.
2021
Invested my earnings into rental properties. My business
partner and I specialized in insurance-based relocation housing, providing temporary homes for displaced homeowners. This venture allowed me to quit my day job and work for myself.
2024
Sold all my properties to transition from residential to
commercial real estate. Assembled a team and acquired a luxury senior housing community. Realized senior housing is not just real estate—it's a business. This revelation shifted my passion from real estate investing to business acquisitions.
Today
I'm focused on leveraging my expertise in acquisitions and operations to build a family of HVAC and plumbing companies. We participate as minority or majority partners, scaling these essential service industries.
On the side, I record YouTube videos documenting my lessons learned and my progress throughout the way. I invite people to reach out if they want to connect; I always find time to help those who want it bad enough and are willing to make the sacrifices necessary to succeed.
